Don’t throw your pumpkins in the trash, bring them to the Pumpkin Smash!

Event details:

Enter the center near P.F. Chang’s & Southern Kitchen

• Bring your ready-to-smash pumpkins; free of inorganic material such as candles, wax, artificial lighting, decorations, etc.
• We will have a tarp laid out in the common area for participants to drop, stomp, and smash the pumpkins
• Dispose of your pumpkin remains in the bins provided by NOPE Compost Co.

Enjoy additional activities like:

• Face painting
• Balloon art
• Arts & crafts
• Booths by Central Virginia Waste Management, Southside ReLeaf, and Virginia Master Naturalist Program for kids’ activities and sustainability resources – learn about local wildlife, plants, and how to make RVA greener.
