Community Tea Party on The Green – Tea Supplied by Queen’s Library Tea Room, BYO Teacup & Picnic Blankets!

Join us for a charming community tea party on the green at Stony Point Fashion Park on May 17th from 1PM-4PM. This springtime gathering is potluck-style and powered by volunteers—bring a dish, fresh flowers, or simply your talents to share. Every contribution adds to the magic.

Imagine a garden party meets a community picnic: guests are encouraged to bring their own teacups and picnic blankets to enjoy an afternoon of connection and celebration. The Queen’s Library Tea Room will graciously provide the tea, as well as a teaspoon gift!

Expect a delightful atmosphere filled with wide-brimmed hats, floral dresses, authentic English tea service, homemade baked goods, and a vibrant lineup of original performances and live music by Richmond’s own talented artists.

Inspired by a viral TikTok from a local Richmond musician who dreamed of hosting a large community tea party, this event blossomed from a simple idea into a shared community experience—thanks to the enthusiasm and support of neighbors like you!
