2011 Top Dogs Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations
Stony Point Fashion Park’s Top Dogs (“Sweepstakes")Official Sweepstakes Rules
1. Eligibility:No purchase is necessary. Open to legal United States residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Tenants and contractors of Center and each of their respective employees of Stony Point Fashion Park Associates, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, d/b/a Stony Point Fashion Park Shopping Center (“Center”), employees of The Taubman Company LLC as well as the immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each) and household members thereof are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. Only one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one prize per household.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time and ends August 31, 2012 at 9:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. To Enter: Complete an official entry blank at Center’s Customer Service Desk, which includes agreeing to Official Sweepstakes Rules, and submit together with one (1) 3”x5” or one (1) 4”x6” family friendly, non-professional photo of your canine. Alternately, you may enter online by visiting www.shopstonypoint.com/events, agreeing to the Official Sweepstakes Rules, and attaching one (1) 3”x5” or one (1) 4”x6” family friendly, non-professional photo of your canine in .jpg or .gif format. Once received, your entry will continue to be eligible for any subsequent drawing(s) during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes period to be eligible. In the event entrant’s photo does not meet the size requirements and/or is not consistent with the family friendly nature of the Center, as determined in Center’s sole discretion, entrant’s submission will be deemed ineligible. Entrants agree to be bound by all Sweepstakes rules. Professional photographs will not be accepted. Photographs submitted for this Sweepstakes will not be returned.
Use of any automated system to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the case of a dispute of the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provide, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
4. Prize(s):On or about the following date(s) (described below), a random drawing from all eligible entries collected through 11:50 p.m. the preceding day will be conducted to select three (3) winners, for a total of thirty-six (36) winners during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to each of the thirty-six (36) winners will receive:
One (1) box of preselected pastry items from Three Dog Bakery valued at Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00). Pastry selection shall be determined at Three Dog Bakery’s sole discretion;
One (1) Richmond SPCA water bottle valued at Two and 99/100 Dollars ($2.99) and one (1) adoption coupon for fifty percent (50%) off the adoption fee valued at Forty-Seven and 50/100 Dollars ($47.50);
One (1) Stony Point Fashion Park Doggie Waste Disposal Bag Dispenser valued at Five and 00/100 Dollars ($5.00); and
Canine’s photo and biography, including name, will be featured on in-Center signage, as determined at Center’s sole discretion and on Center’s website, for the month immediately following the drawing date.
The total prize value for each winner is Sixty-Five and 49/100 Dollars ($65.49).
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Center reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by telephone and mail (certified mail, return receipt requested). Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Prize must be claimed no later than 15 days following the date of each drawing set forth above. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Limitation of Liability:By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the winner is final. Center will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Center shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
Center is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Center’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Center reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date.
Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of Center and The Taubman Company LLC, their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winner(s) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s).
6. General:Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Center and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation.
7. Privacy: Unless an entrant has selected to “opt-in” to receive the Center eBulletin and other marketing information from Center on the Sweepstakes registration form or official entry blank, information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the prize drawing and to notify winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Center or any third party. Once the Sweepstakes, including any known or unknown extensions of the Sweepstakes has ended, all information supplied by entrants will be removed from the database.
8. Winners’ List:For a copy of the Official Winner’s List, please mail a self addressed stamped envelope to Center at Stony Point Fashion Park, 9200 Stony Point Parkway, Richmond, VA 23235, Attn: Winner’s List for Top Dogs Sweepstakes.
