In recognition of American Heart Month, the VCU Medical Center will present three seminars offering tips for good heart health and stroke prevention as well as discussing the latest treatment options available for cardiovascular disease.
All of the seminars are free and will be held at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Join Us at the 2012 Healthy Lifestyle Expo!
The VCU Medical Center and WTVR-CBS 6 are teaming up once again to present the 2012 Healthy Lifestyle Expo on Saturday, Feb. 4 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The day will feature a yoga demonstration from “The Young and the Restless” star Judith Chapman, healthy cooking tips with celebrity chef Nathan Lyon and workout tips with Dr. Oz’s fitness expert, Stepp Stewart.
Promoting healthy living and total wellness, the expo will also feature free health screenings and information about VCU Medical Center clinics, services and programs, including the VCU Pauley Heart Center, VCU Massey Cancer Center and Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.
