Use your Gift Card at participating merchants accepting the American Express Card at Taubman malls nationwide. A list of participating malls is included in your Gift Card holder.
The Stony Point Fashion Park Gift Cards are available in denominations from $20 to $500.
Record your Gift Card number in a safe place in case of loss or theft. Your Gift Card can be replaced, free of charge, ONLY if you can provide us with your Gift Card number. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 1-800-314-2363. Funds debited from lost or stolen cards prior to our receipt of your notification cannot be replaced.
The original balance should be indicated on the white box located on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at the Customer Service Center of the participating malls listed in your Gift Card packaging, or by visiting www.giftcard.taubman.com or call toll free within the United States at 1-800-314-2363.
Keep your purchase receipt and Gift Card in case you wish to make a return. Return policies vary by store. If the merchant issues a credit to the Gift Card, these funds may not be available for 3 to 7 business day.
The Gift Card has a "Valid Thru" date on the back of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not valid after the last day of the month listed but the funds do not expire. If available funds remain on the Gift Card after the "Valid Thru" date, call 1-800-314-2363 for instructions on how to redeem the available funds.
Bank of America ATMs are located in the common area near Dick's Sporting Goods, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Dillard's.
Yes. Strollers are located at Stony Point Fashion Park's Customer Service Center in the middle of the Promenade District. The rental fee is $2.
Pay phones are located within the monuments near Dick's Sporting Goods, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Dillard's.
Yes. Wheelchairs are available for no charge at Stony Point Fashion Park's Customer Service Center in the middle of the Promenade District.
Please report any lost or found item(s) to Stony Point Fashion Park Customer Service Center or to a security officer. Lost and found item(s) are held in the Security Office.
Restrooms, including Family Restrooms, are accessible from the Park District next to Limited Too and from the Promenade District next to J.Jill.
Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from any participating Taubman center website. At this time, we are unable to ship Taubman Gift Cards to the states of CT, HI, NH, RI & VT. Based upon legislation in these five states, it is cost prohibitive for American Express to sell our Gift Cards.
Stony Point Fashion Park is a dog-friendly center. Each dog must be in either a carrier or on a leash no longer than 3 feet. We have dog comfort centers located throughout the center and each pet owner must pick up after an accident.
All of our dog-friendly merchants display a "Welcome Dog" sign on their store fronts. Please be aware that a few of our merchants "Welcome Small Dogs" only.
Due to health codes, our restaurants are not dog-friendly.

Yes. Ticketmaster tickets may be purchased at our Customer Service Center, located near Talbots. Ticketmaster gift cards are also available.
