Customer Service accepts cash only for all services except Gift Cards and Ticketmaster, which may be purchased with  American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard or Visa.

Stony Point Fashion Park's Customer Service Center can assist you with the following services:

•     American Express Gift Cards - in denominations of $25, $50, $100**
•     Ticketmaster: Varies by show or event
•     Photocopies - 25 cents per page
•     Fax - $2 per page
•     Postage Stamps - Face Value (sold in books of 20 only)
•     Gift Bags (8"x10") - Complimentary
•     Shopping Bags - Complimentary
•     Strollers*** - Complimentary
•     Travel/Sightseeing Info - No Charge
•     Wheelchairs*** - Complimentary
•     Job Line - No Charge

*Effective Monday, April 18, 2011, the Stony Point Fashion Park Gift Card service fee per card will be $2.95.

**$25 Amex gold cards have a $4 fee per card.
$50 Amex gold cards have a $5 fee per card.
$100 Amex gold cards have a $6 fee per card.

***Strollers & wheelchairs are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Corporate Gift Card Purchases
In order to ease the corporate gift card process, Stony Point Fashion Park encourages large purchases be made at the Customer Service Center, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and corporate checks are accepted with proper identification or letter of authorization on company letterhead.
