Teens 3-Day Spring Break Camp

For three fun-filled days, Sur La Table's experienced chef instructors will walk teens through kitchen fundamentals like basic knife skills, how to follow recipes, measuring, and mixing. Students will also learn chef’s secrets for proper seasoning and flavoring techniques as their train their palates. Then, the chef will teach them a number of cooking methods, like making sauces, searing meat, making fresh pasta dough, and much more as they prepare a number of sweet and savory recipes.

On the last day of class Sur La Table will divide students into teams and let teens get creative during the cooking competition so they can show off the techniques they have learned. Parents are encouraged to join them at the end of class that day and watch Sur La Table crown the winning team.
