Bringing its charms to Stony Point Fashion Park in time for the holidays is PANDORA, the immensely popular jewelry brand's only full-line boutique in the Richmond market. Also coming to Stony Point Fashion Park is vineyard vines®. The store is expected to open in early 2012.
Where can I use the Stony Point Fashion Park Gift Card? Use your Gift Card at participating merchants accepting the American Express Card at Taubman malls nationwide. A list of participating malls is included in your Gift Card holder.

Back to TopWhat if my Gift Card is lost or stolen? Record your Gift Card number in a safe place in case of loss or theft. Your Gift Card can be replaced, free of charge, ONLY if you can provide us with your Gift Card number. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 1-800-314-2363. Funds debited from lost or stolen cards prior to our receipt of your notification cannot be replaced.

Back to TopHow do I return something purchased with my Gift Card? Keep your purchase receipt and Gift Card in case you wish to make a return. Return policies vary by store. If the merchant issues a credit to the Gift Card, these funds may not be available for 3 to 7 business day.
Back to TopDoes my Gift Card expire? The Gift Card has a "Valid Thru" date on the back of the Gift Card. The Gift Card is not valid after the last day of the month listed but the funds do not expire. If available funds remain on the Gift Card after the "Valid Thru" date, call 1-800-314-2363 for instructions on how to redeem the available funds.

Yes. You may purchase a Gift Card online from any participating Taubman center website. At this time, we are unable to ship Taubman Gift Cards to the states of CT, HI, NH, RI & VT. Based upon legislation in these five states, it is cost prohibitive for American Express to sell our Gift Cards.

The Gift Card has no fees after purchase (including dormancy, service or other fees).
Back to TopIf the funds do not expire, what is the "valid thru" date on the front of the Gift Card?
The "valid thru" date on the front of the Gift Card is the date through which your physical plastic card must be used. This date is required to process transactions at merchants that request a plastic expiration date. Even if the "valid thru" date has passed on the Gift Card, its Available Balance remains unchanged and intact. In order to keep making purchases with your Available Balance, after a Gift Card's "valid thru" date has passed, please call 1-877-297-4438 for a free replacement card.

Stony Point Fashion Park is a dog-friendly center. Each dog must be in either a carrier or on a leash no longer than 3 feet. We have dog comfort stations located throughout the center (drinking stations and bag dispensers).

All of our dog friendly merchants display a "Welcome Dog" sign on their store fronts. Please be aware that a few of our merchants "Welcome Small Dogs" only.
Due to health codes, our restaurants are not dog friendly.
